continues with service after the sale, from the receipt of order
to the acquisition of raw materials to the building of the mold
through production and delivery of finished parts.

- Molded components and assemblies are sampled
to assure that they meet structural, mechanical and dimensional
requirements. This is documented on a lot-by-lot basis including
material lot traceability.

- Harmony is firmly committed to the use
of statistical process control. Each critical characteristic
of a part or assembly is statistically charted. Material and
dimensional analysis are performed to determine critical process
adjustments. This results in consistent, repeatable processing
performance.
